Vinification: 100% Glera; 60% pressed and fermented in large wood, 40% in steel tanks. Secondary fermentation with native yeast; non-filtered; no sulfites added.
Golden yellow with subtle flints of green; crystalline, elegant perlage.
Lavender, White Blackberry, Kumquat, Hazelnut.
Earthy, dry, persistent; for food.
